USED TO COME FREQUENTLY, FOR SOME DURATION, LONG AGO.

Reed Hayes is a certified handwriting analyst and forensic document examiner providing questioned document expertise to legal and law enforcement communities, corporations, financial institutions and private individuals.

As a court qualified expert witness, he is prepared to render verbal and written opinions pertaining to all aspects of questioned documents, suspect signatures or handwriting. He holds certifications in the following areas:

He lives in my building downtown, I see him all the time, saw him outside smoking last week. You don't need to worry Vernon

As stated before, in the comment that was deleted by a hacker, I suppose. I am not worried about Mr. Hayes. I simply wondered why I had seen him frequently at the library for some time, then I didn't.
