SYNOPSIS
[Apr 3, 2009: Another email account of mine does not let me sign-in, even though I have the correct information and can recall that information through the site.
March 19, 2009: Emails I had in my AOL account have vanished. The emails were between Ms. Mason and me when President Obama was Senator of Illinois. Who would want them gone?
Aug. 25, 2007: My Yahoo account is compromised, at the Hawaii State Library. I can not sign in. The verification information I enter for the retrieval system, is not accepted. The representatives I exchange emails with require different info to verify, when previously my alternate address was sufficient.
I mostly use the public library to use the Internet, i.e. write letters and do research. Needless to say, this is not the most secure environment to do this type of activity. And I have had problems at this library with the computers and the staff.
At the library, I have seen the text change when I am typing, without commands initiated by me. The printer is connected to the computer at the librarians' desk. On one occasion, I was told by a security guard that a librarian had complained about me harassing her because I asked for her name to report her behavAfter contacting the librarian's office, there is no record or remembrance of this aspect of the report. This tactic of "bait and switch" has been used on more than one occasion, by different entities.
After not being online for 3 days I saw where someone had requested an Army Knowledge Online account in my name, or I should say, my screen name. I saw an attorney - John L. Knorek from the firm representing my former employer enter the philosophy department and ask for a librarian, Kathy, by name.
Yee is the name of the head librarian at the State Library and the name of a former employee of the United States Attorney's Office and HCRC, did training for the Department of Justice, and worked for the Massachusetts Attorney General.]

State Chief Information Officer Sanjeev "Sonny" Bhagowalia, and panel of IT experts bestowed the honor on HSPLS Chief Technology Officer Paola Saibene and her ESSS staff for their contributions to HSPLS and the people of Hawaii."

Effective May 24, 2010, Sanjeev "Sonny" Bhagowalia became the Deputy Associate Administrator, Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies, GSA.
Sonny served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI).
Sonny also served as the CIO for Indian Affairs (IA).
Sonny served with distinction in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the U.S. Department of Justice as an Information Technology Program Management Executive for eight years from July 1999 through August 2007, overseeing a $1 Billion portfolio.
Sonny holds a Masters' of Science (MS) in Information Resource Management, a MS and Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering. Sonny is a Distinguished Graduate with a CIO Certificate from the National Defense University. He has received numerous awards from U.S. Government and Industry including the Presidential Rank Award for meritorious executive service.

HSPLS (BMs) BACKWARD MOMENTS
Contrary to MS.HOLLIDAY, there are plenty computers@the library.
They are in every section as might not be evident in this repeated photo.
An hour wait is very unusual, if 1 is knowledgeable about the system.
I wonder how much padded numbers play in the perpetuation of other HAWAII doings, from institutions to businesses. I heard a count of 1000 a day for the library, which I believe to be bogus, just like some pantry counts. I've often wondered at some of the high space rental fees I hear quoted, while not seeing anything near the business required to sustain such.

And I also enquired about whether the books were researched,
as to their possible value or collectability, and was told "no".
I enquired because I noticed some of the books are quite old and
sometimes contained hand drawn pictures. And I also would think
some of them were considered outdated which would preclude
an updated reprint. Does FOTLOH make this effort?
